CartronicsTM-miami.com, CartronicsTM and its subsidiaries require that all visitors to any of the company's websites read the Terms and Conditions and agree with the rules set forth. By accessing the site, you agree to accept and adhere to the conditions in this document. If, for any reason, you disagree with them, please do not use the sites. Individuals accessing our sites from outside the United States do so on their own and must comply with any and all local laws that may be applicable. As long as the terms and conditions stated are complied with, CartronicsTM grants you a limited non-exclusive, non-transferable right to enter, display and use our sites for your own non-commercial use. Company's Liability
While the company endeavors to provide the most accurate and up to date information, it is possible that there may be inaccuracies, typographical errors or untimely information. The company makes no representations regarding the accuracy, reliability, completeness or timeliness of the material. Use of any of our sites and the material contained in them is at your own risk. Changes are made to the sites periodically and can be made at any time without prior notification. CartronicsTM does not guarantee that the sites will operate without errors or the sites and the server are free of viruses or other harmful products. If you access one of the sites and the use results in the need for servicing of equipment or data replacement, the company will not be responsible for the costs even if the company has been advised of the possibility of such potential.
Disclaimer and Limitations
All of the products available on our sites carry a one-year manufacturer's warranty. CartronicsTM Accessories will not be responsible for any defective products past a date 30 days from the date of sale. We will endeavor to assist our customers in the pursuit of the manufacturer's warranty, and in some cases may elect to replace the product from our inventory. Products outside of the manufacturers warranty will have to be returned to the manufacturer for service or replacement at their option. We suggest you contact them prior to returning the product.
CartronicsTM will not accept any software, headsets or batteries for return, refund or credit. We will exchange a battery during the first 30 days only if the battery is defective. Any other products returned, for any reason are subject to a 20% restocking charge to cover the cost of replacing packaging, instruction sheets, missing parts, hardware or other incidentals required to return the product to it's original condition. CartronicsTM Accessories expressly disclaims all warranties, expressed or implied, of any nature with respect to the products sold on any of our sites, including, but not limited to, merchantability and/or fitness for a particular purpose.
Availability and Prices
It is possible, in our drive to give you the latest information, that a product may not yet be available from one of our suppliers. In such cases, the posting of such products on the site does not guarantee current availability. In that event, you can get more current information by contacting our sales office.
In the event, a product is listed on our sites with an incorrect price due to a typographical error or incorrect information received from one of our suppliers, CartronicsTM reserves the right to fulfill, refuse or cancel the order, with or without confirmation given, whether the credit card has been charged or not. If the card has been charged and the company elects to refuse or cancel the order, the credit card will be credited the full amount of the purchase.
Miscellaneous
These terms and conditions are applicable any time you access one of our sites. These terms and conditions may be changed, modified or deleted at any time at the sole discretion of CartronicsTM. Your entry to one of our sites after such a change indicates your willingness to comply with that change. Changes are in effect at the time of the posting. The failure by CartronicsTM, to insist upon or enforce strict performance with any provision is not to be construed as a waiver of that term or condition. This agreement is governed by the laws of the state of Florida, without regard to choice of law provisions. If, for any reason, a court of competent jurisdiction finds any provision of these Terms and Conditions, or any portion thereof, to be unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent possible so as to effect the intent of this agreement, and the remainder of these Terms and Conditions will continue in full force.
